格隆匯11月20日丨昨日盤中暴漲21.87%後臨時停牌的周黑鴨(1458.HK)今早復牌高開3.42%,報4.84港元,創2018年8月以來新高,盤前成交44.77萬港元,最新總市值115億港元。該股昨晚發佈公告稱,本公司與廣西省的一家特許經營者簽署了一份特許經營協議,以便拓展本公司於廣西省的業務。該事件已經多家新聞媒體報導。本公司認為該特許經營協議屬其日常業務過程的一部分,且不會對其經營業績及財務狀況產生任何即時影響。
