新寶股份(002705.SZ)子公司簽署《國有建設用地使用權出讓合同》
格隆匯11月19日丨新寶股份(002705.SZ)公佈,按照相關規定,公司全資子公司滁州東菱在《滁州市工業用地招標拍賣掛牌出讓辦法(試行)》的規定時限內取得了環境影響評價審批和工業項目審批、核准文件,並於近日與滁州市自然資源和規劃局簽署了《國有建設用地使用權出讓合同》。
宗地編號:341102009004GB00118;地塊位置:滁州市城東工業園揚子路與杭州路交叉口西南側;出讓面積:251,483平方米;宗地用途:工業用地;使用年限:50年;出讓價款:人民幣4225.00萬元;地價款支付:《國有建設用地使用權出讓合同》簽訂之日起10日內,一次性付清國有建設用地使用權出讓價款;宗地規劃條件:主體建築物性質:廠房;附屬建築物性質:辦公及生活設施用房;建築容積率不低於1.20;建築密度不低於40%;綠地率不高於15%;其他土地利用要求應符合規劃設計條件通知書(滁開規通字2019002號)和滁州市國有建設用地使用權掛牌出讓成交確認書(滁土公告字[2019]6號)文件要求。
根據公司未來業務發展規劃,該土地將主要用於滁州東菱的技術體系建設(包括產品研發中心等)、生產自動化建設及產品線發展的產能擴充,提升滁州東菱的產品研發能力及生產自動化水平,滿足其未來發展的產能需求。項目建成後,將有利於進一步促進公司實現有質量的增長,成為全球知名的、最具競爭力的小家電企業的發展戰略的實施。
公司以自籌資金參與競買該宗土地使用權,是基於公司的長遠發展規劃,符合公司未來發展戰略,可以更好地滿足消費者需求,有利於完善公司產業佈局,進一步提升公司的綜合競爭能力,為公司經營業績的穩步提升提供新的增長點,符合公司長遠發展規劃,符合公司和全體股東利益。
