鴻博股份(002229.SZ)與哈世科技簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯11月19日丨鴻博股份(002229.SZ)公佈，為推動區塊鏈核心技術相關業務發展，公司(“甲方”)與上海哈世科技有限公司(“哈世科技”或“乙方”)簽署戰略合作協議，擬在基於區塊鏈技術的彩票、電子票據等領域展開深入合作。
為推動區塊鏈核心技術相關業務發展，甲乙雙方結合各自主經營領域的專業優勢，以平等互利、資源共享、優勢互補為原則，擬在基於區塊鏈技術的彩票、電子票據等領域展開深入合作，推進雙方建立共贏、持續的戰略合作伙伴關係，實現協同發展、共同做大做強。
協議主要內容：
1． 共同研究基於區塊鏈技術的彩票系統
雙方認為，區塊鏈技術將會為現有的彩票系統帶來創造性的革新，利用分佈式賬本、分佈式存儲、鏈上隨機數、自動執行的智能合約、信息公開不可篡改等技術特性，實現票據數字化、身份驗證、鑑證確權，將有助於提升彩票在發行、銷售、開獎、兑獎環節中的公開性和可追溯性。為此，雙方將共同研究基於區塊鏈技術的彩票系統，保障彩票行業的公平性與透明性，推動彩票行業進一步向前發展。
2． 共同研究基於區塊鏈技術的電子票據系統
雙方認為，區塊鏈技術具備去中介化、不可篡改、一致存儲等特徵，應用於票據行業，對票據流轉環節進行記錄上鍊，保障票據使用過程中的真實性、隱私性與不可篡改性，將有助於推動票據數據記錄、傳播與存儲管理方式的變革，降低信用成本、簡化業務流程、提高數據交易效率，共同構建電子票據的信任體系。為此，雙方將共同研究基於區塊鏈技術的電子票據系統，改造並升級鴻博股份現在的票據產品與業務，為客户提供更好的產品與服務體驗。
3． 共同投資基於上述區塊鏈業務的經營主體
雙方在產業政策、團隊建設、技術開發各方面成熟時，共同投資設立基於區塊鏈彩票、電子票據應用等領域的經營主體，為各市場主體提供產品、技術和運營服務。
雙方合作，將有助於公司現有基礎設施與產品的迭代與升級，從傳統制造業向區塊鏈、大數據、 人工智能的領域邁進，增強上市公司的持續盈利能力。
