經緯輝開(300120.SZ)旗下經緯正能與湖南大學共同建立湖南大學經緯輝開超特高壓設備與技術研發中心
格隆匯11月19日丨經緯輝開(300120.SZ)公佈，公司之控股子公司天津經緯正能電氣設備有限公司(“經緯正能”)與湖南大學簽訂了《天津經緯正能電氣設備有限公司湖南大學超特高壓設備與技術研發中心合作協議》。經雙方友好協商，一致同意以湖南大學電氣與信息工程學院為依託，由經緯正能出資，共同建立“湖南大學經緯輝開超特高壓設備與技術研發中心”。
雙方堅持“優勢互補、互利互惠”的原則，根據雙方需求和各自優勢，共同為天津經緯正能電氣設備有限公司高電壓及絕緣技術、高壓關鍵設備、超導應用等方向的研發及新產品的拓展提供智力支持，加強電力電氣行業高新技術開發研究和科技成果轉化。經雙方友好協商，一致同意建立緊密的合作關係，共同致力於在基礎技術研究、高新技術應用及產品開發、人才培養等方面進行深度合作。
合作內容如下：
1、構建超特高壓設備及應用技術合作機制
依託甲方的企業發展現狀，結合乙方電氣與信息工程學院優勢力量協助企業提高創新能力，促進企業發展轉型，為企業提供研發和技術支持。
2、建立高電壓技術研發中心
針對雙方實際需求，乙方依託電氣與信息工程學院與甲方聯合建立中心，為乙方技術研發、新產品開發等方面提供全方位的支持，加強雙方科研及成果轉化能力，促進校企合作的全面開展。重點在以下領域和方向開展合作：(1)高壓設備製造與先進絕緣材料的研究；(2)基於電力泛在物聯網的設備狀態智慧感知技術的研究；(3)面向電網的新能源高效存儲技術的研究；(4)合作開展國家級和省市級重大專項等項目研究工作，實現產學研的優勢結合；(5)共同努力將“中心”打造為乙方高電壓絕緣及高壓設備研究及其相關技術與產品開發的產業化基地、研究人員的研究訪問基地、學生的實習基地；以及甲方的技術人才培養與培訓基地。
此次合作有利於促進經緯正能與高校的優勢互補，符合公司的超特高壓業務發展戰略。有利於提升公司的市場地位和影響力，為公司中長期可持續發展提供保障，符合公司全體股東的利益。
