據內地傳媒報道,周黑鴨(01458.HK)正式宣布啟動特許經營,並將商業模式升級為「直營+特許經營」,廣西銘和食品成為周黑鴨首批特許經營商。行政總裁張宇晨向傳媒表示,公司目前挑戰與機遇並存,但
相信「機會比挑戰大」,料未來5年特許經營分店將超自營分店。公司股價最多曾升逾13%,高見4.37元。 ~
