1472亿！国家制造业转型升级基金成立，3方向成投资重点

国家制造业转型升级基金横空出世。
中国中车设立国家制造业转型升级基金
11月18日晚间，中国中车公告称，中国中车将参与由财政部、中国烟草总公司等发起设立的国家制造业转型升级基金。
中国中车作为该基金公司发起人股东，认购股份数额为5亿股，认股金为5亿元，按照基金公司的缴付认股金通知书缴纳认股金，中国中车首次出资2500万元人民币。
转型升级基金高达千亿
2019年11月18日，基金公司已在工商行政管理部门登记设立。基金公司的注册资本为1472亿元人民币，股份总数为1472亿股，每股面值1元。
基金公司根据项目投资进度、实际用款需求以及年度预算安排等情况，向股东发出缴付认股金通知书，股东应按照缴付认股金通知书的要求按期足额缴纳其认股金。各股东应当缴纳的首次认股金为各股东认购股份数额的百分之五(5%)。
基金股东实力雄厚
根据公告，国家制造业转型升级基金股东数达到20家。
从认缴金额看，单一股东最大投资规模为225亿元，最低的有2亿元，其中8位股东的认缴金额在100亿元及以上，合计1125亿元，占总注册资本的76％。
国家制造业转型升级基金股东实力雄厚，除了财政部、国开金融、中国烟草等中央部委、国有大中型企业以外，还包括保险公司、国资平台等。
A股公司与A股公司大股东也在股东名单。除了中国中车以外，还有上海电气集团(A股公司上海电气大股东）、宇通集团(A股公司宇通客车大股东）、东旭集团(A股公司东旭光电大股东）等参与。
据悉，基金公司可采取管理团队自主开展投资与管理公司受托开展投资等方式进行运行，具体资金比例根据实际情况由基金公司董事会决定确定。
3方向成投资重点
据悉，基金将围绕新材料、新一代信息技术、电力装备等领域的成长期、成熟期企业开展投资。
除了4家A股公司及股东参与基金发起以外，结合集成电路大基金发展路径，未来或有多家A股公司成为该基金投资的对象。
新材料
结合《十二五发展规划》介绍，新材料产业要积极发展特种金属功能材料、高端金属结构材料、先进高分子材料、新型无机非金属材料、高性能复合材料和前沿新材料。
多家新材料A股公司表现较好，重点标的如下：

新一代信息技术
以5G为例。“5G”指第五代移动通信技术，该概念主要涉及：移动通讯终端及设备制造、基站建设、移动网络优化、系统集成以及运营商等相关领域。

根据此前工信部提出《中国制造2025》，火电装备、核电装备、可再生能源装备、输变电成套装备（特高压）成为电力装备方向。
