中國中車(01766.HK)總出資5億人民幣參股國家製造業轉型升級基金
中國中車(01766.HK)公布,公司參與由中國財政部、國開金融、中國煙草總公司、中國保險投資基金二期等共同發起設立的國家製造業轉型升級基金公司。基金公司的註冊資本為1,472億元人民幣(下同),股份總數為1,472億股,每股面值1元。
公司指,作為該基金公司發起人股東,認購股份數額為5億股,認股金為5億元,首次出資2,500萬元。
基金公司採取財務投資兼戰略投資的綜合投資策略,圍繞新材料、新一代信息技術、電力裝備等領域的成長期、成熟期企業開展投資。
