ST圍海(002586.SZ):暫停上市公司股票增持計劃
格隆匯11月18日丨ST圍海(002586.SZ)公佈,公司董事、高管原擬增持股份累計不低於4400萬股;部分監事原擬增持股份累計不低於10萬股;部分中層管理人員原擬增持股份累計不低於120萬股。
鑑於近日控股股東以相關董、監事沒有履行其作為董、監事應當盡到的責任和義務,不適合繼續擔任公司董、監事職務為由,提請董事會召開股東大會,罷免六名董事及三名監事,上市公司股票增持計劃參與者普遍對公司未來發展前景的信心不足,現董事會決定暫停上市公司股票增持計劃。
