未来发展控股(01259.HK)附属女王财务拟向快时财务转让契据 代价2801.5万港元
格隆汇11月15日丨未来发展控股(01259.HK)公告,于2019年11月15日,公司间接全资附属公司女王财务与快时财务订立转让契据,据此,女王财务同意转让及转移,而快时财务同意收购该等资产的权利、权益、利益及所有权,代价为2801.5万港元。
鉴于中华人民共和国经济放缓,加上国际贸易冲突升级,股票市场波动不定,集团已采取更加审慎的方针,以管理其私人贷款及按揭贷款组合的信贷风险。董事认为,转让将有助集团减低信贷风险,并腾出资金发展其现有业务。
