格隆匯11月15日丨新疆交建(002941.SZ)公佈，公司董事會於近日收到新疆特變電工集團有限公司、沈金生、朱天山、王成、隋紹新、林強、熊剛、賽力克·阿吾哈力、曾學禹、黃勇、餘紅印出具的《關於股份減持計劃的告知函》，具體情況如下：
持公司股份1.3億股(佔公司總股本比例20.16%)的股東新疆特變電工集團有限公司計劃在公告披露日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份不超過1300萬股(佔公司總股本比例2.02%)。
持公司股份400萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.62%)的股東沈金生計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過100萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.16%)。
持公司股份300萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.47%)的股東朱天山計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過75萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.12%)。
持公司股份200萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.31%)的股東王成計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過50萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.08%)。
持公司股份150萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.23%)的股東隋紹新計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過37.5萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.06%)。
持公司股份200萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.31%)的股東林強計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過50萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.08%)。
持公司股份200萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.31%)的股東熊剛計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過50萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.08%)。
持公司股份200萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.31%)的股東賽力克·阿吾哈力計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過50萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.08%)。
持公司股份200萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.31%)的股東曾學禹計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過50萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.08%)。
持公司股份150萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.23%)的股東黃勇計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過37.5萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.06%)。
持公司股份100萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.16%)的股東餘紅印計劃在公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內以集中競價的方式減持公司股份不超過25萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.04%)。
截至公告日，新疆特變電工集團有限公司及公司董事沈金生、朱天山、王成、隋紹新，高級管理人員林強、熊剛、賽力克·阿吾哈力、曾學禹、黃勇、餘紅印所持公司股份尚未解除限售，在股份解除限售前，不會減持其所持股份，上述限售股份將於近期上市流通，具體上市流通時間請留意公司後續發佈的相關公告。
