中聯重科(000157.SZ)：中聯重機擬20.5億元在蕪湖市三山區投資建設智能農機產業化項目
格隆匯11月15日丨中聯重科(000157.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司中聯重機股份有限公司(“中聯重機”)擬在蕪湖市三山區投資建設智能農機產業化項目。
中聯重機計劃在2020-2025年期間投資20.5億元，加大研發投入、補齊短板，促進中聯重機農機業務的轉型升級。計劃通過開展智能農機產品、CVT大馬力拖拉機、大型高端甘蔗收穫機、高端果蔬收穫裝備等智能化裝備研發，完善公司管理、研發、製造、供應鏈、營銷等各環節的信息化水平，並利用現有廠房對現有生產線進行整合，購置必要的加工、焊接、裝配、試驗檢測裝備，實現中聯重機智能農機裝備產業化。
中聯重機計劃在2020年開始的6年時間裏在蕪湖市三山區投資建設智能農機產業化項目，建設內容包括：
1、技術創新項目：與Landing.AI進行戰略合作，共同開發AI收穫機械、AI植保機械、AI拖拉機；研發全系列甘蔗機械、果園機械等經濟類作物農機產品；加強電液控制等共性技術、智慧農業農藝研究。
2、信息化建設項目：企業的全價值鏈的信息化建設，包括PLM、ERP/SAP、CRM、MES、農機物聯網平台等。
3、生產線技改或新建項目：各類智能農機生產線新建或技術改造項目。
4、經濟類作物機械及核心零部件國內外併購及產業化：國外先進的經濟類作物機械先進企業、核心零部件企業的併購並實現產業化。
5、蕪湖市政府非常重視中聯重機的智能農機產業化項目，表示將會採用“一攬子解決”和“一事一議”方式，通過研發補貼等方式支持智能農機產業化項目在蕪湖的實施。
我國農機產業經過“黃金十年”的快速發展後，行業發展進入瓶頸期，我國農機產業供給結構性矛盾突出，存在傳統農機供給過剩、高端農機及經濟作物類農機缺乏；農機產品存在使用效率低，投資回報差；缺乏核心技術，產品競爭力弱等問題。我們農機行業要想健康發展，必須進行轉型升級。2018年12月，國務院發佈42號文《關於加快推進農業機械化和農機裝備產業轉型升級的指導意見》，明確提出我國農機行業要補短板，農業機械要向高端智能化升級。
中聯重機作為中國農機行業的龍頭企業需要積極響應國家號召，加大研發投入，在產品的創新過程中，整合互聯物聯網技術，人工智能技術，開發具有自主知識產權的高端智能農機裝備，把中聯重機打造成全球知名的智能高端農機制造商。
