格隆匯11月14日丨朗科科技(300042.SZ)公佈，公司的核心基礎發明專利“用於數據處理系統的快閃電子式外存儲方法及其裝置”(專利號：ZL99117225.6，“99專利”)的申請日期為1999年11月14日。根據《中華人民共和國專利法》第四十二條，“發明專利權的期限為二十年，實用新型專利權和外觀設計專利權的期限為十年，均自申請日起計算”的規定，公司99專利的專利權期滿終止日為2019年11月14日。
專利名稱：用於數據處理系統的快閃電子式外存儲方法及其裝置；專利介紹：公司作為國內外最早涉足閃存應用及移動存儲領域的公司之一，通過持續技術創新，率先在業內推出了基於USB或IEEE1394接口、採用閃存為存儲介質的移動存儲產品——閃存盤，並在國內申請了第ZL99117225.6號中國發明專利“用於數據處理系統的快閃電子式外存儲方法及其裝置”等一系列原創性基礎發明專利及其他核心專利。該系列專利是中國在閃存應用及移動存儲領域原創性基礎發明專利及核心專利，填補了國內閃存應用及移動存儲領域20年無核心專利的空白。公司還通過持續的技術創新，圍繞閃存應用及移動存儲領域研發了一系列其他核心技術及其專利，形成了完整的專利佈局和“專利池”。
公司99專利的專利權期滿終止日為2019年11月14日，公司的專利運營業務對99專利形成重大依賴，該專利的到期將對公司今後的營業利潤產生一定不利影響。公司目前尚無有效措施從根本上解決該專利到期後對公司經營造成的風險，而且公司的專利主要集中於閃存等傳統移動存儲領域，而傳統移動存儲正日益被雲存儲、移動互聯等加速取代，公司的主要專利技術面臨被新技術取代的系統性風險。
公司以核心專利為基礎，在全球範圍內圍繞移動存儲領域佈局了眾多的專利，形成“專利池”，使得相關產品同時受到多個專利的保護，公司在與一些重點維權目標進行談判時，首先考慮以“專利池”而不是單個專利作為授權許可的標的。其次，公司在進行專利授權時，也考慮以從公司採購產品的方式來進行授權，將傳統的專利授權模式改變為產品端的商業合作，以減少對專利的依賴。此外，公司正在努力挖掘現有專利的潛力，爭取將現有專利的價值發揮到最大化。公司也可考慮通過第三方引進一些優質的專利、專利申請或者技術構思，優化專利池的結構，豐富維權產品的類別。公司正運用多年積累的知識產權運營經驗，積極開展與國內外第三方機構的知識產權維權合作，力爭實現知識產權運營業務的可持續發展。
99專利到期後，對公司既有的專利侵權訴訟沒有影響，也不影響公司針對99專利到期前的侵權行為在法定期限內追究法律責任的權利。
