易華錄(300212.SZ)擬斥4900萬元參設江西撫州城市數據湖項目運營公司
格隆匯11月14日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，公司在充分了解大數據及相關領域的前提下，深入分析了撫州市當地城市發展現狀，梳理了城市發展的幾個重要需求，積極探索大數據產業在撫州市落地和實施的思路，希望通過城市數據湖建設為基礎，充分發揮當前大數據領域相關政策精神，為撫州市引入大數據產業，推動城市發展和產業轉型；通過城市數據湖的建設，為撫州市乃至贛中北大數據產業生態體系的構建起到積極地示範效應。江西撫州城市數據湖項目總投資約2.8億元，撫州市工業與科技創新投資發展有限責任公司(“撫州市工業與科技創新投資”)、江西省春城撫商投資有限公司(“江西省春城撫商”)和易華錄將共同成立江西數聚華撫信息技術有限責任公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準。“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資金擬定為1億元人民幣，其中易華錄出資4900萬元，持股比例為49%；撫州市工業與科技創新投資出資4600萬元，持股比例為46%；江西省春城撫商出資500萬元，持股比例為5%。
江西數聚華撫信息技術有限責任公司(暫定名，以工商登記為準)主營業務：項目主營業務為數據湖基礎設施服務(光存儲、磁存儲、雲主機、安全)、數據運營服務。
近年來隨着智慧城市市場逐漸向綜合化、高端化邁進，優質客户往往將智慧城市業務進行總體打包，以構建“城市大腦”等方式尋求一體化的解決方案，這決定了未來對個別地區進行單個業務的營銷推廣將受到阻力。數據湖項目在撫州的落地，將成為易華錄智慧交通、智慧公安、健康養老業務在撫州及周邊地區推廣的“根據地”，實現公司“1+3”業務體系的全面發展。
截至目前，易華錄在全國已佈局數據湖項目十五個，其中主要分佈在華東、華中、西南、華南、東北等地區，對於華東地區的佈局目前僅徐州、泰州、贛州3個數據湖項目，徐州數據湖項目主要服務於江蘇北部，泰州數據湖項目服務於江蘇中部，贛州數據湖項目服務於江西省南部，撫州數據湖與徐州、泰州，尤其是贛州項目錯位發展，主要服務於江西省中北部，因此在撫州市的佈局將是易華錄數據湖業務在江西省乃至華東北部地區拓展的重要一步。未來隨着撫州項目的落地，數據湖業務的服務範圍可漸次延伸，並在華東地區形成一定的示範效應，為未來數據湖業務在其它城市落地奠定基礎。
