斯萊克(300382.SZ)與合肥力翔等設公司 投資年產3億隻鋁製圓柱電池殼項目
格隆匯11月14日丨斯萊克(300382.SZ)公佈，2019年11月14日，公司與肥東經濟開發區管委會、合肥力翔電池科技有限責任公司(“合肥力翔”)簽訂《戰略合作協議書》，擬通過共同出資設立的目標公司，在肥東經濟開發區投資年產3億隻鋁製圓柱電池殼項目，總投資約5億元。
斯萊克在新能源鋁製電池殼技術上具有關鍵技術和設備，且已經與合肥力翔決定就新能源鋁製電池殼項目進行合作，為新能源電池配套並建設生產和研發基地。由肥東經濟開發區管委會在政策、土地、服務、税收、補貼等方面為斯萊克、合肥力翔在該項目上的合作進行大力支持，幫助目標公司在肥東縣進行製造生產。目標公司將推動肥東縣新能源電池產業的持續發展，並且為本地創造穩定而可觀的税收。
現目標公司安徽斯翔電池科技有限公司(“目標公司”)已設立完畢，註冊資本為1億元，公司全資子公司蘇州先萊新能源汽車零部件有限公司持有其51%的股權比例，合肥力翔控股子公司安徽力翔電池科技有限公司持有其49%的股權比例。後期，肥東經濟開發區管委會(或其指定機構)將出資1億元入股目標公司，所佔股權比例按目標公司估值確定，具體細節將另行簽定協議確定。
公告顯示，合肥力翔位於安徽合肥，擁有合肥、崑山、蚌埠、青島和廬江五大生產基地，現有職工1000餘人，其中專業技術人員120餘人；擁有高精度衝壓設備、高精密加工設備，焊接設備及檢測設備160餘台，配套衝壓拉伸、清洗設備、模具180餘台，現已建成年產7500萬套鋰電池鋁殼和蓋板生產線。其產品主要為動力及儲能鋰電池精密結構件，廣泛應用於汽車及新能源汽車、電動工具、儲能電站等眾多行業領域。
公司主要從事高速易拉蓋、易拉罐等金屬包裝製品生產設備的研發、設計、生產、裝配調試及相關精密模具、智能檢測設備、零備件的研發、加工製造。憑藉在包裝生產設備領域積累的研發成果及生產經驗，以及對於新能源汽車相關產業鏈的看好，公司正積極向新能源汽車電池殼等其他金屬包裝製品生產設備、製造產業橫向延伸。基於多年來公司研發水準，以及目前所掌握的相關技術，公司已經積累了一定新能源汽車整體相關產業鏈的技術基礎。本次的合作伙伴合肥力翔具有生產、製造和研發鋰電池殼體、蓋板的核心技術，新材料配置以及精密模具設計製造技術，同時擁有穩定的客户羣體。本次合作將實現雙方優勢互補，促進資源共享，為中國新能源碳酸鐵鋰電池提高能量密度和質量水平，降低成本做出實質性貢獻。
