萬亞企業(8173.HK)重組後重新上市首日暴跌逾40%
格隆匯11月14日丨物業室內設計服務商萬亞企業(8173.HK)經重組後今日重新上市,現暴跌44.21%,報0.106港元,暫成交5461萬港元,最新總市值1.3億港元。公司公告稱接獲合共2222份有效申請,認購合共4.4408億股公開發售股份,相當公開發售股份總數約1.138億股的約3.9倍。1882份申請一手(40000股),中籤率32.73%。發售價為每股發售股份0.19港元,所得款項總額估計約為4320萬港元。公司同時還公佈業績,截至2019年9月30日止6個月中期業績,營業額為1544.9萬港元,同比減少21%;公司擁有人應占虧損為4311萬港元,同比減少16.4%。公告顯示,期內虧損減少少主要源自執行查封及出售Lily Bey財產的令狀收回有關新加坡法律行動部份所得款項約19.8萬新加坡元以及撥回以往年度作出的撥備。
