羚邦集團(02230.HK):預計中期純利將顯著減少
格隆匯11月13日丨羚邦集團(02230.HK)發佈公告,與截至2018年同期相比,預料集團截至2019年9月30日止六個月的收益及權益持有人應占溢利會顯著減少,原因在於(i)全球經濟展望欠佳,導致媒體內容發行業務收益減少,及(ii)僱員成本上升,加上有一次性的上市開支入賬及有關遵例的專業開支於中期期內上升。部分減幅由於品牌授權業務持續增長以致收益增加而有所抵銷。毛利率大致與去年同期相若。
於公告日期,集團的財務狀況仍然穩健,有充裕手頭現金(包括上市所籌集資金)應付目前業務所需及發展。
