中恆電氣(002364.SZ)：擬投建沭陽經濟開發區用户側“削峯填谷”儲能項目
格隆匯11月13日丨中恆電氣(002364.SZ)公佈，公司分別於2019年11月12日-13日與沭陽經濟技術開發區管理委員會(“沭陽經濟開發區管委會”)簽訂了《儲能項目開發協議》；與淮安經濟技術開發區(“淮安經濟開發區”)簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。
儲能項目開發協議：項目名稱為沭陽經濟開發區用户側“削峯填谷”儲能項目；規劃總裝機容量100MWH；此次項目將根據當地規劃和實際進度開展合作，預計總投資為1.5億元人民幣，項目投資由企業自籌，保證投資到位。
戰略合作框架協議：雙方將利用自身的信息優勢、渠道優勢和資源優勢，開展全方位的合作，共同推進淮安經濟開發區智慧城市建設，包括但不限於：甲方通過整合地方資源，為乙方提供相應的宣傳媒介、業務對接和行政服務保障等；乙方利用其在電力電子行業內的技術優勢和平台優勢，為甲方提供涵蓋梯次儲能、智慧照明、充電設備等產品及技術支持、諮詢服務、解決方案等；為有效推進淮安經濟開發區智慧城市建設，計劃在儲能、智慧照明、充電樁等領域每年投資5000萬元人民幣，具體金額以實際合作項目為準；乙方在淮安經濟開發區建立智慧照明生產基地，總投資3000萬元人民幣。
圍繞國家鼓勵新能源高質量發展的方向，充分利用沭陽經濟開發區、淮安經濟開發區的電力資源、渠道資源及區域資源等優勢，推動智慧城市建設的深化和落地，公司攜手地方政府開展綜合能源服務，將根據當地項目規劃及用能負荷特性，憑藉智慧能源管理互聯網平台，通過調適節能、管理節能、產品節能、系統節能為當地企業等提供軟硬結合、管控一體的智能化整體解決方案，滿足5G時代下城市能源多樣化的需求。
此次簽署合作協議不僅將加速公司儲能、充電樁及智慧照明業務應用市場的拓展進程，更進一步提高區域綜合能源與各業務板塊的聯動效應，提升在新能源領域的競爭優勢，完善公司全產業鏈智慧能源生態。通過本次合作，公司與地方政府平台優勢互補、互惠互利，將對公司的長期發展大有裨益。
