安居寶(300155.SZ)稱：不存在選擇性信息披露以蹭熱點、炒作股價的情形
格隆匯11月13日丨安居寶(300155.SZ)就創業板關注函【2019】第268號的回覆稱，2019年10月25日起，國內資本市場對區塊鏈相關產業關注度較高，基於此，公司判斷“公司被認定為區塊鏈企業”的信息可能對公司股票交易價格產生較大影響，故公司根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》2.1條、2.2條；《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司規範運作指引》5.1.1條、5.1.2條、5.1.6條的相關規定，於當日及時披露《關於被認定為2019年第三批區塊鏈企業的公告》。
公司此次信息披露屬於相關規則規定的應披露事項，不存在選擇性信息披露以蹭熱點、炒作股價的情形。
開發區區塊鏈企業的認定由廣州開發區經濟和信息化局負責組織，評審依據為：《廣州市黃埔區廣州開發區促進區塊鏈產業發展辦法》（穗開管辦〔2017〕68號）、《廣州市黃埔區廣州開發區促進區塊鏈產業發展辦法實施細則》（穗開經信規字〔2018〕1號）第三條“認定條件”（1、業務方向涉及區塊鏈產業領域，具備獨立區塊鏈研發或經營場地，並實際開展區塊鏈研發或應用項目；2、區塊鏈研發或平台運營團隊技術成員不少於3人，且提供不少於3個月的社保證明；3、新增並經區税務主管部門税前加計扣除備案的自籌研發費投入不低於50萬元用於區塊鏈產業領域；4、擁有與區塊鏈技術有關聯性的自主知識產權（發明專利、實用新型專利或軟件著作權）及核心技術），公司在智能停車研發部成立項目組負責“區塊鏈技術與智能停車預研項目”、“基於區塊鏈和5G技術智能停車應用項目”、”税鏈區塊鏈電子發票”等項目的開發及運營，項目辦公地址在公司研發大樓5樓；區塊鏈項目組核心成員8人；2018年及2019年1-10月共新增自籌研發費投入約200萬元用於區塊鏈產業領域；我司沉澱了區塊鏈智能停車應用領域相關核心技術，並已申請了兩項區塊鏈技術發明專利，公司符合《廣州市黃埔區廣州開發區促進區塊鏈產業發展辦法實施細則》關於區塊鏈企業的認定標準。
區塊鏈企業的認定程序包括：廣州開發區經濟和信息化局委託第三方機構評審、報區政府/管委會研究同意、公示等環節。公司無法獲悉政府委託評審的第三方機構信息及其評審是否需要具備相關專業資質、評審的具體依據和評審過程，無法論證其評審的專業性、合理性和客觀性。
公司區塊鏈基礎技術在智能停車業務領域的應用具有業務基礎和可實現性，但僅處於示範應用及市場推廣初級階段，該技術的應用目前尚未實現單獨的銷售收入及利潤，對公司財務狀況和經營成果短期不會產生重大影響，區塊鏈技術與產品結合所產生的長遠影響尚不明確。
公司目前主營業務為樓宇對講、智能家居、防盜報警系統、停車場系統、監控、液晶顯示屏的研發、生產和銷售。2018年，公司樓宇對講、智能家居業務實現銷售收入約59210萬元，停車場系統實現銷售收入約4272萬元，分別佔公司當年總銷售收入的64.44%、4.65%，公司停車場系統業務佔比較低。
