雪人股份(002639.SZ)擬推出第三期員工持股計劃 涉及股票通過二級市場取得
格隆匯11月13日丨雪人股份(002639.SZ)公佈,公司為建立和完善勞動者與所有者的利益共享機制,實現公司、股東和員工利益的一致性,從而充分有效調動管理者和公司員工的積極性,吸引和保留優秀管理人才和業務骨幹,提高公司核心競爭能力,推動公司穩定、健康、長遠發展,使得員工分享到公司持續成長帶來的收益。結合公司實際情況,擬推出第三期員工持股計劃。
在符合相關法律法規規定的前提下,此次員工持股計劃所持有的股票累計不超過公司股本總額的10%,任一持有人持有的員工持股計劃份額所對應的股票數量不超過公司股本總額的1%。具體認購規模將根據參與者的認購情況確定。
此次員工持股計劃涉及的股票擬通過二級市場購買或法律法規允許的其他方式取得。
