建業實業(00216.HK)預計中期純利減少超過50%
格隆匯11月13日丨建業實業(00216.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2019年9月30日止六個月錄得的公司擁有人應占未經審核綜合溢利將較去年同期所錄得的減少超過50%。
溢利減少主要由於公司擁有68.09%權益的附屬公司漢國置業有限公司(股份代號:160)於中國內地發展項目的物業銷售收入減少及集團投資物業的公平值收益受到近期社會動盪導致香港房地產市場普遍向下調整而減少。自2019年7月以來,由於訪港旅客減少,公司酒店物業的入住率有所下跌。
