智光電氣(002169.SZ)：入選工信部2019年製造業與互聯網融合發展試點示範項目
格隆匯11月13日丨智光電氣(002169.SZ)公佈，近日，國家工業和信息化部(“工信部”)發佈了《2019年製造業與互聯網融合發展試點示範項目名單公示》，公司的“基於工業互聯網平台的電力需求側微網能量管理系統”被認定為2019年製造業與互聯網融合發展試點示範項目。
2019年製造業與互聯網融合發展試點示範項目是由國家工信部組織評選的，旨在貫徹國家推動製造業與互聯網融合，進一步落實《國務院關於深化製造業與互聯網融合發展的指導意見》。推動製造業與互聯網融合，有利於形成疊加效應、聚合效應、倍增效應，加快新舊發展動能和生產體系轉換，在激發“雙創”活力、培育新模式新業態、推進供給側結構性改革。通過試點先行，示範引領，總結推廣可複製的經驗、做法，推進製造業與互聯網融合發展。
“基於工業互聯網平台的電力需求側微網能量管理系統”項目是基於工業互聯網平台的大數據技術、人工智能算法、邊緣計算技術，充分利用電力交易市場規則、分佈式能源及其微網應用、以分佈式儲能為核心控制手段，建設面向電力用户的需求側微網能量管理系統。
該系統是通過企業用電負荷信息採集、工業互聯網及其大數據分析、及相應終端調節設備，基於物聯網、大數據、雲計算、機器學習人工智能算法，就企業用能實施診斷，提供綜合解決方案，通過大數據依據的決策實現最大需量削峯（PDS）和自動需求側響應（ADR）等技術的應用，在不影響用户生產運營、需求的前提下，對用户側的分佈式發、儲、用電設備的有效監測、經濟優化和安全協調運行控制，實現提升電能質量、電費下降、成本節約，切實提高用户用電設備資產利用及管理水平和電網的經濟優化運行。
“基於工業互聯網平台的電力需求側微網能量管理系統”是公司在2018年與阿里雲共建的“綜合能源大服務工業互聯網平台”上研究開發的又一個重要的工業互聯網APP應用，該系統綜合採用了公司自主研發的工業互聯網平台技術、能源數據採集系統、物聯網邊緣計算產品，對採用光伏及分佈式發電、分佈式儲能產品的工商業企業、工業園區的電力用户實現能源數據採集、能效優化管理，為用户創造節省電費、降低用電成本，實現產品價值。
上述項目成功被認定為國家制造業與互聯網融合發展試點示範項目，是對公司在能源領域建設、利用工業互聯網的認可和鼓勵，表明公司建設綜合能源大服務工業互聯網平台及推廣相關工業節能、用電APP應用符合國家製造業與互聯網融合發展的“互聯網+”行動。有利於進一步提升公司的行業影響力，有利於促進公司用電服務、節能服務等綜合能源服務相關業務的發展，對公司發展有着積極的影響作用。
