愛仕達(002403.SZ)變更公司全稱、經營範圍暨完成工商變更登記
格隆匯11月13日丨愛仕達(002403.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月1日召開了2019 年第二次臨時股東大會，審議通過了《關於擬變更公司名稱及經營範圍的議案》，同意公司名稱由“浙江愛仕達電器股份有限公司”變更為“愛仕達股份有限公司”，並變更公司經營範圍。
近日，公司已完成了相關工商變更登記手續，取得了浙江省市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》，除公司全稱及經營範圍變更外，營業執照的其他信息沒有發生變化。
變更前，經營範圍：炊具及配件、餐具及配件製造，銷售；日用電器、玻璃製品、金屬模具、非金屬模具的設計、制造；金屬複合材料、化工產品（不含危險化學品、易製毒化學品及監控化學品）的銷售；貨運（普通貨運）、貨物進出口、技術進出口（法律、行政法規禁止和限止的項目除外）。（依法須經批準的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
變更後，經營範圍：炊具及配件、餐具及配件、家用電器、玻璃製品、模具、工業機器人的設計、製造、銷售，機械零部件、通用零部件的制造、加工、銷售，廚衞用品、金屬複合材料、化工產品(不含危險化學品，易製毒化學品及監控化學品)的銷售，貨物進出口、技術進出口，房屋租賃，互聯網生產服務平台的技術服務、信息系統集成服務、物聯網技術服務，家用電器維修，貨運(範圍詳見《中華人民共和國道路運輸經營許可證》)。（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
公司目前經營範圍包括炊具、家用電器、工業機器人及智能製造等，公司原名“浙江愛仕達電器股份有限公司”與公司現有經營範圍不符合，且與公司未來發展規劃不匹配，此次變更公司名稱符合公司整體發展戰略需要，與公司主營業務相匹配；根據市場變化和公司業務的發展，擴大經營範圍能更為準確地反映公司業務實際情況，進而增強公司的核心競爭力，符合公司未來經營發展的需要。
