《半日总结》恒指跌477点 友邦回吐 地产股捱沽
市场观望中美首阶段协议结果,以及本港社会动荡进一步加剧,港股今早低开304点後持续向下,本港地产股成重灾区,大市半日收跌477点或1.8%,收26,587点;国指跌154点或1.4%,报10,537。大市成交回升,录得435.51亿元。沪、深港通南下交易半日净流入金额分别为13.3亿及9.91亿元人民币。
成交最活跃四大股份,腾讯(00700.HK)日内放榜,今早微跌0.3%报329.2元;建行(00939.HK)收低逾1%报6.22元;友邦(01299.HK)沽压大,半日挫逾3%报77.55元;盈富(02800.HK)走低1.7%报26.75元。
本地地产股遭抛售,新世界(00017.HK)、信置(00083.HK)及九仓置业(01997.HK)为首三位最差蓝筹,分别跌5%、3.7%及3.5%;新地(00016.HK)、太古(00019.HK)及恒地(00012.HK)均跌约3%。中芯(00981.HK)股价上扬6.4%,高盛指中芯上季业绩胜预期及本季毛利率指引亦高预期。
汇控(00005.HK)遭标普将评级展望下调至「负面」,半日跌1.4%收58.25元;据报阿里巴巴已通过上市聆讯,今起路演,港交所(00388.HK)今早下滑1.8%报243元;中国平安(02318.HK)收低逾1%报91.05元,美团(03690.HK)抗跌力强,仅软0.2%报95.35元。
万洲(00288.HK)逆市升0.7%报8.55元;中生制药(01177.HK)及石药(01093.HK)分别升0.5%及无升跌,各报11.34元及20.95元。部份啤酒股逆市扬,青岛啤(00168.HK)涨5.4%。
个别股份方面,安踏(02020.HK)作价1.4亿欧元出售Amer Sports逾5%持股,今早跌2%报75.9元;中国飞鹤(06186.HK)首挂潜水开报7.27元,其後一度浮面见7.51元,惟半日仍报7.42元,较7.5元上市价低1%。
