格隆匯11月12日丨齊家控股(08395.HK)發佈中期業績,截至2019年9月30日止6個月,公司實現收益4669.5萬港元,同比增長9.3%;毛利3301萬港元,同比增長15.8%;公司擁有人應占溢利468.6萬港元,同比增長220.3%;基本每股盈利0.30港仙;不派息。
公告表示,期內收益增長主要由於香港意享世家國際貿易有限公司(於2018年12月新收購)提供的傢俱代理服務所得的佣金收入及諮詢收入增加,惟部分因傢俱及家居配飾銷售收益減少而抵銷。
