雅各臣科研製藥(02633.HK)擬於大中華及亞洲推出SMARTFISH保健營養產品
格隆匯11月12日丨雅各臣科研製藥(02633.HK)發佈公告，根據公司全資附屬公司雅各臣藥業（香港）有限公司與Smartfish AS（於挪威註冊成立的知名保健營養公司）簽署的獨家分銷協議，於大中華及亞洲推出Smartfish保健營養系列產品。
根據該協議，雅各臣擁有十年的授權，可於大中華市場分銷及銷售知名保健營養品牌Smartfish旗下的Smartfish消費者保健產品，分別是Smartfish Recharge運動營養產品、Smartfish Resolve改善新陳代謝健康及糖尿病護理產品、Smartfish Reflect改善成人腦部健康及認知功能產品及Smartfish乳漿有助兒童腦部發育產品。雅各臣及Smartfish同意雅各臣為優先合作伙伴以擴展泰國、越南、柬埔寨、新加坡及其他亞洲國家的市場。雙方有意根據該協議進行長期業務合作。
公司稱，為加強協作並鞏固於高增長消費者保健營養市場探索潛在業務合作的平台，雅各臣科研製藥集團亦於2019年7月以認購Smartfish約9.04%已發行股本的方式，向Smartfish進行投資。透過此項合作，雅各臣科研製藥集團已作好部署，以開拓具臨牀驗證保健營養產品的潛在需求，藉此滿足大中華及亞太地區消費者的不同生活方式及醫療保健需求，而於適時進行商業化後，將為雅各臣科研製藥集團帶來可持續發展。
據悉，Smartfish為於挪威註冊成立的公司，專注研發、生產及營銷以科學為本及臨牀證明的先進營養產品。Smartfish為醫療用途及消費者健康提供獨一無二的營養解決方案，其營養產品以專利乳化技術製成，可有效提供高濃度的奧米加3脂肪酸、乳清蛋白及其他營養成份。Smartfish與全球各地的知名研究員及機構緊密合作，正在進行多項臨牀開發項目及研究。公司於2001年成立，現時總部位於挪威奧斯陸市，於瑞典隆德市設有一間營運附屬公司。Smartfish的主要股東包括Investinor（某挪威基金）及Industrifonden（某北歐基金）。
Smartfish Recharge是一款果汁飲品，是專為專業及業餘運動員而設的產品。Smartfish Recharge已與運動俱樂部及國家隊（包括英格蘭足球超級聯賽託定鹹熱刺足球會及北歐聯合滑雪挪威國家隊）建立長期合作關係，作為運動營養飲品的官方供應商。
Smartfish Recharge飲品為一款含有大量奧米加3及高蛋白質的產品，臨牀證實可提升運動表現及修復持久劇烈運動後出現的肌肉痠痛。此外，Smartfish Reflect是一款果汁飲品，含有奧米加3、維生素D及乳清蛋白，專為具有身體機能隨年齡衰退風險的人士而設。這款飲品果味濃郁、近似奶昔口感，以提高免疫功能、認知功能及肌肉力量的成份製成，適用於需要改善營養狀況的成人及長者。
Smartfish乳漿為乳劑軟膏產品，有助兒童腦部健康及免疫功能發展。
Smartfish Resolve是一款飲品，適合具有代謝綜合症、糖尿病及心血管疾病等患病風險的人士飲用。這款果汁飲品含有奧米加3、維生素D、乳清蛋白、β－葡聚糖及多酚，果味濃郁，近似奶昔口感。
