國藥科技股份(08156.HK)與利豐超市簽訂戰略合作備忘錄
格隆匯11月12日丨國藥科技股份(08156.HK)發佈公告，截至公告日，公司子公司與利豐超級市場有限公司簽訂戰略合作備忘錄。根據戰略備忘錄，藉着集團豐富的智慧供應鏈管理、精準互動營銷技術配合紮根於澳門，而且擁有豐富線下營運經驗和完善店鋪網絡的利豐超市。雙方利用自身優勢共同對線上線下智慧商店及對店中店營運和管理模式進一步升級改造。該戰略備忘錄確立合作關係與發展方向，為期三年，各方若需進一步展開及細化具體合作內容，將另行簽訂具體合作協議。
公告表示，從線上到線下模式為現時“互聯網+”行業的主要發展趨勢，是次戰略合作進一步印證着集團在“互聯網+”業務中上下游產業鏈的持續推進。集團的“互聯網+健康”解決方案中的智慧零售持續與不同線上線下渠道結合以提供產品及服務予最終客户，以為集團提供及創造具增長潛力的收入來源。
在上下游供應鏈方面，集團先後與香港龍豐集團有限公司等著名上游供應商形成穩定貨源供應關係。下游方面，繼集團與線上互聯網公司巨頭 ─ JD.com International Limited合作後，現時與澳門線下大型連鎖超市集團 ─ 利豐超市展開全新的合作。讓線上電商平台和線下智慧零售實體店形成功能互補，從而為消費者提供完整服務閉環。同時，集團在整個供應鏈中應用“互聯網+”技術，協助優化整個智慧零售管理的流程，有效釋放傳統零售行業的潛在價值。現時，集團於澳門涉足全新的線下銷售渠道，此舉有助為未來線上線下渠道之合作奠定良好基礎。
董事會相信，憑着集團“互聯網+”多個市場領域上不斷累積豐富的行業經驗，結合自身多年以來的解決方案技術及商業網絡和資源，促使集團在上下游供應鏈上構成完整的閉環。未來發展上，通過現時努力建立的基礎，可以與更多不同的企業合作，涉足更廣泛的商品市場，最終透過線上線下方式，將集團的產品及服務交付至使用者手中。
