華建控股(00479.HK)擬向VIGO發行8.67億股和解股份
格隆匯11月11日丨華建控股(00479.HK)公告,於2019年11月11日,訂約方訂立補充和解協議以對和解協議作出補充,據此,VIGO同意,根據補充和解協議所載條款及在其條件規限下,由公司按以下方式結清和解金額未付結餘2355.37萬港元:(i)按每股和解股份0.02港元和解股份價格發行8.67億股和解股份,涉及金額為1734萬港元;及(ii)於2019年12月31日或前或該等訂約方所同意有關較後日期以現金向VIGO支付621.37萬港元作為現金和解。
