吉峯科技(300022.SZ)子公司擬斥4200萬元投資年產5000台精密免耕播種機建設項目
格隆匯11月11日丨吉峯科技(300022.SZ)公佈，為加快公司戰略部署，進一步擴大公司在國家政策大力支持的保護性耕作產業佈局，形成利潤增長點，公司的控股子公司吉林省康達農業機械有限公司(“吉林康達”或“丙方”)與四平市人民政府(“甲方”)、四平市鐵西區人民政府(“乙方”)本着互惠互利、共謀發展的原則，共同簽署了《投資框架協議書》。協議約定吉林康達擬在四平市鐵西區投資年產5000台精密免耕播種機建設項目，總投資預計4200萬元人民幣。
項目名稱：年產5000台精密免耕播種機建設項目；經營範圍：生產銷售精密免耕播種機；總投資金額：4200萬元；投資資金構成：土地獲取投資1600萬元，建設投資2000萬元，設備購置600萬元。主要建設內容：項目佔地面積32000平方米,建設9600平方米生產車間一棟，7500平方米設備週轉車間一棟，4200平方米綜合物料週轉間一棟。項目建設期：建設期2年。預計年產值：預計產值1.2億元。用地性質和土地獲取方式：項目用地性質為工業用地；根據國家規定採用招拍掛方式獲取土地使用權，使用年限：50年。
為加快公司戰略部署，進一步擴大公司在國家政策大力支持的保護性耕作產業佈局，形成利潤增長點，公司的控股子公司吉林康達投資保護性耕作產業化建設項目。發展保護性耕作專用機具，是發展保護性耕作技術、實現保護性耕作的關鍵，該項目的建設符合國家保護性耕作發展規劃和產業政策。該項目可以解決農業生產中的技術性問題，將進一步加快農村經濟產業結構調整。有利於發揮農業生產機械化和產業化優勢，全面提高農業生產機械化、農業裝備現代化和農業生產過程中的科技含量及附加值，並且能夠帶動相關產業的發展，從而提高經濟優勢，增加社會財富與財政收入。
同時，此次投資將集中當地政策、市場、資源等優勢，利用當地勞動力資源等有利條件進行擴大再生產，有助於進一步擴大吉林康達的產能，進而提升公司的綜合競爭能力及整體盈利能力，符合公司的戰略發展需要，對公司具有積極作用。
