港銀控股(08162.HK)預期前三季度虧損大幅增加78.2%
格隆匯11月11日丨港銀控股(08162.HK)公佈,現時預期相對於2018年同期,集團於截至2019年9月30日止9個月將錄得未經審核虧損大幅增加約78.2%。
有關預期業績乃主要由於:期內銷售金屬所得收益大幅減少約81.6%,主要由於環球經濟衰退及白銀市場整體下滑,對香港整體白銀供應造成不利影響。鑑於白銀產品銷售業績不佳,集團已減少白銀產品貿易活動,且現正探索利潤率更高的其他金屬貿易新商機;僱員成本(尤其是與於2019年8月27日向董事及僱員授出的購股權有關的開支)增加約630萬港元;其他營運開支(尤其是新項目產生的專業費用)增加約220萬港元;及期內買賣商品遠期合約錄得虧損約290萬港元,而上一期間錄得買賣收益約190萬港元。
