格隆匯11月11日丨寶泰隆(601011.SH)公佈,公司於2019年11月11日收到公司實際控制人焦雲增持公司股份計劃的通知。基於對公司未來持續發展的信心以及對公司價值的認可,為促進公司持續、穩定、健康發展和維護中小股東利益,增強投資者信心,其計劃自公告披露之日起2個月內以自有資金通過上交所交易系統增持公司股份,計劃增持數量200萬股,計劃增持價格不高於5.00元/股。截至目前,焦雲持有公司股份8535.0352萬股,佔公司總股本的5.3%。
