伯特利(603596.SH)與通用汽車公司再次簽署多份供貨合同
格隆匯11月11日丨伯特利(603596.SH)公佈，通用汽車公司基於對公司工程開發能力、質量控制水平、生產和運營管理等各方面的認可，近期通用汽車公司再次與伯特利簽署多份供貨合同。
公司於2019年初成為通用汽車公司鑄鋁輕量化產品一級供應商，公司與通用汽車墨西哥公司(GM de Mexico S.de R.L.de C.V.)簽署首個合作項目T1XX平台項目的供貨合同，供貨合同均按照計劃如期開展，自2019年初至2019年10月T1XX平台項目輕量化產品累計實現收入約1.46億元人民幣。
近期公司與三家通用汽車公司新簽署共26份產品供貨合同，共涉及7個平台項目(包括31xx、A1AC、A2LL、D2UC、E2xx、O1SL、T1xx)，12種產品(包括鑄鋁支架-E2xx、鑄鋁前轉向節-E2xx、鑄鋁後轉向節-E2xx、鑄鋁前轉向節-O1SL、鑄鋁後轉向節-O1SL、鑄鋁叉臂-O1SL、鑄鋁前轉向節-A1AC、鑄鋁前轉向節-A2LL、鑄鋁前轉向節-31xx、鑄鋁前轉向節-31xxZR2、鑄鋁後轉向節-D2UC、鑄鋁前轉向節-T1xx)。
合同主要條款如下：1、項目產品供貨地點分別為通用汽車公司美國工廠、加拿大工廠和墨西哥工廠等8個工廠。
2、公司與通用汽車公司的供貨模式均為獨家供貨，雙方按供貨合同約定的供貨數量和產品定義，公司執行整件出口供貨，通用汽車公司按其工廠需求負責物流計劃，公司與通用汽車公司的貿易方式為FCA。
3、合同生效時間為2019年10月25日，項目產品自2019年第四季度陸續開始批量供貨，公司根據合同約定按100%份額供貨，至項目車型的生命週期終止，項目產品供貨期限不等，最短供貨期限為4個月，最長供貨期限為7年。
依據通用汽車各公司簽署的供貨合同中約定的預測單日需求汽車產量、每年實際排產預測天數和合同約定的項目產品單價，伯特利預測此次簽署的全部供貨車型單年度最高產量近130萬輛，前述合同預計2020年給伯特利帶來新增收入約4億元人民幣，項目車型的生命週期內(2019年四季度起)產品銷售收入累計預計將超過18億元人民幣，伯特利在預測銷售收入時已充分考慮項目生命週期銷量遞減情況，項目供貨中間年份按照產量的80%進行計算，項目生命週期最後兩年按照產量的60%進行計算。
公司此次與通用汽車公司的持續合作，使得公司鑄鋁輕量化產品同時進入通用汽車公司美國工廠、加拿大工廠和墨西哥工廠，有利於公司擴大輕量化零部件產品規模、提升經營業績和核心競爭力，有助於公司進一步開拓與國際知名整車廠商的合作、提升公司在國內外市場地位和影響力。
