寧波海運(600798.SH)子公司擬以光租租入1艘18萬噸級海岬型船舶
格隆匯11月11日丨寧波海運(600798.SH)公佈，為發揮境外平台及海外窗口的作用和優勢，進一步提高協同效應，拓展公司遠洋運輸市場，提升公司國際幹散貨運輸業務經營能力，為建設公司大型船隊提高經營管理能力積累經驗，公司於2019年11月11日召開第八屆董事會第二次臨時會議，審議通過了《關於寧波海運(新加坡)有限公司以光船租賃方式租入1艘18萬噸級海岬型船舶的議案》，董事會同意公司全資子公司新加坡公司與浙能國際船務公司簽訂光船租賃合同，以光船租賃方式(“光租”)租入浙能國際船務公司的1艘18萬噸級(海岬型)船舶—“浙能海1”輪開展國際遠洋幹散貨運輸業務。租期為60個月，租期內日租金區間為3844美元-11044美元，預計租期內支付租金不超過2000萬美元。
浙能國際為公司實際控制人浙能集團的全資子公司，浙能國際船務公司為浙能國際的全資子公司，新加坡公司公司全資子公司。
“浙能海1”輪是2019年10月由浙能國際船務公司購置的散貨船，船籍港為新加坡，載重噸176,213噸，2011年建造。該輪不存在質押、抵押等影響權屬的事項，經檢驗船況良好。
此次租金以該船齡船型一般長期光船租賃的市場租金水平為談判基準。以該輪經營澳大利亞紐卡斯爾至國內舟山六橫煤運航線測算，預計租期內支付租金不超過2000萬美元。以此次光租的租金成本，加上其他經營及管理成本後，其等價租金水平符合該船齡船型一般長期光船租賃的市場租金水平。
根據目前澳大利亞紐卡斯爾至國內舟山六橫煤運航線租金價格測算，預計開展此次光租船舶經營業務新加坡公司每年實現盈利50萬美元左右。
新加坡公司利用境外平台優勢，在發揮自有船舶國際幹散貨運營能力的基礎上，已開展多年海岬型船舶程租運輸進口煤業務。此次新加坡公司開展光租業務，有利於公司靈活運用輕資產方式快速控制海外運力，為公司建立大型船隊積累經營及管理經驗，增強綜合競爭實力。此次交易符合公司及公司全體股東的利益。
