三聯虹普(300384.SZ)子公司簽署多份日常經營合同 累計合同額1.62億元
格隆匯11月8日丨三聯虹普(300384.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司Polymetrix AG(“Polymetrix”)近期簽署了累計約合人民幣1.62億元日常經營合同，佔公司2018年度經審計營業收入的26.23%。
合同1內容為食品級再生PET，合同額為315.19萬歐元，摺合人民幣2445萬元；合同2內容為食品級再生PET，合同額593萬歐元，摺合人民幣4600萬元；合同3內容為PET瓶級切片SSP，合同額625萬歐元+1800萬人民幣，摺合人民幣6649萬元；合同4內容為食品級再生PET/SSPVleaN，合同額109.05萬歐元，摺合人民幣846萬元；合同5內容為食品級再生PET/SSPVleaN，合同額220.1萬歐元，摺合人民幣1707萬元。
上述合同的簽訂，表明Ploymetrix業務整體發展態勢良好，訂單量充足，尤其是食品級再生PET塑料回收業務自2018年以來高速增長，新增訂單中回收業務佔比逐步提升，為Ploymetrix及公司後續業績持續增長奠定良好基礎。
Ploymetrix充分發揮自身35年SSP技術優勢，已經成為萬噸級以上規模食品級再生PET領域全球引領者。上述合同中與世界領先的塑料再生設備製造商Erema合作的兩個項目，是Ploymetrix利用最新SSPV-LeaN技術在萬噸級以下規模塑料再生領域的全新業務佈局。藉助Erema公司的全球品牌影響力及渠道資源，Ploymetrix確立了在小容量塑料再生業務領域的商業模式，完善了在食品級再生PET領域的整體市場佈局，進一步提升其盈利能力。
上述合同累計金額約合1.62億元人民幣，佔Polymetrix2018年4-12月經審計營業收入的123.00%，佔公司2018年度經審計營業收入的26.23%，公司持有Polymetrix80%股權，上述合同成功實施將對公司未來1-2年的業績產生積極影響。
