IPO那點事（ID：ipopress）消息，達力普控股(01921.HK)首日掛牌，截至9時20分，報價1.59 港元，成交額 2662.85萬港元，最新市值 23.85港元。
達力普控股(01921.HK)公佈，公司全球發售3億股，其中香港公開發售3000萬股佔10%，國際配售2.7億股佔90%；發售價每股1.59港元，為招股價範圍(1.59港元至1.83港元)下限；每手2000股，預計11月8日上市。
公開發售合共接獲4231份有效申請，認購合共約7586萬股公開發售股份，認購合共7586萬股公開發售股份，相當於公開發售初步可供認購3000萬股的約2.53倍。配售已獲輕微超額認購。
達力普控股是一家領先的石油專用管制造商，擁有全產業鏈業務模式，提供全面性的服務，包括開發、製造及銷售石油專用管及其他石油管，主要供應予中國的石油公司、石油專用管制造商及石油專用管加工廠，並透過自家制造管坯、獲得穩定劑具成本效益的主要生產材料供應。
根據灼識諮詢報告，2018年公司在中國所有石油專用管制造商中位列第三。公司為2018年於中國供應石油專用管的私營製造商中的市場領先者，按銷售價值計，市場份額為約9.6%；公司在中國所有石油專用管制造商中位列第六及於私營製造商中位列第二，佔石油專用管類市場的市場份額約7.7%。
該公司的產品包括三個類別，分別為(i)石油專用管；(ii)其他石油管；(iii)管坯。石油專用管主要包括廣泛用於油田鑽探及完井程序的石油管。其他石油管主要包括平端管，而平端管可進一步加工成為石油專用管。
2016財年—2018財年及2019年六個月，公司的總收益分別約為人民幣747.9百萬元、2,276.9百萬元、3,094.8百萬元和1,444.0百萬元，而淨利潤則分別約為-53.0百萬元、232.2百萬元、301.2百萬元和117.0百萬元。
銷售石油專用管是公司的主要收益，分別佔公司2016財年—2018財年及2019年六個月總收益約79.5%、59.1%、55.2%及60.7%。
募資用途方面，所得款項淨額估計約4.26億港元，其中約88.4%擬用於為二期擴張提供資金；約2.4%擬用於加強集團的產品研發及創新實力；約2.0%擬用於加強集團與主要客户的關係、擴闊集團的客户基礎及進一步擴展集團的銷售至海外市場；及約7.2%擬用於整體補充營運資金及其他一般公司用途。
