宜通世紀(300310.SZ)與西門子簽訂戰略合作框架協議 共同探索5G時代移動/遠程解決方案的落地
格隆匯11月7日丨宜通世紀(300310.SZ)公佈，為滿足業務發展需求，2019年11月7日，在中國上海國家會展中心舉行的第二屆中國國際進口博覽會上，公司與西門子醫療系統有限公司(西門子)簽署了《宜通世紀科技股份有限公司和西門子醫療系統有限公司戰略合作協議》。雙方將基於戰略合作關係，共同探索5G時代移動/遠程解決方案的落地。
西門子醫療系統有限公司隸屬於西門子醫療集團，是西門子醫療在中國的區域運營公司。西門子醫療將醫學影像技術(比如：磁共振、放射治療和超聲)、實驗室診斷技術、治療和醫療信息技術解決方案全面融合在一起，並輔以諮詢和支持服務。從預防、早期檢測、診斷到治療和後期護理，西門子醫療能夠為整個醫療流程提供解決方案。
協議顯示合作範圍為(甲方：宜通世紀科技股份有限公司；乙方：西門子醫療系統有限公司)：
1、雙方有意願建立戰略合作關係。基於戰略合作關係，共同探索5G時代移動/遠程解決方案在區域的落地。
2、雙方基於自身優勢，擬共同探索移動/遠程操控助手系統的落地場景。宜通世紀和西門子擬基於西門子與宜通世紀或其關聯公司簽署的設備銷售合同，根據最終用户設備使用量、規模及分佈，定製技術配套方案，並配置相關產品及服務。具體實施細則由相關方另行簽署合同約定。
3、在探索5G時代遠程數字解決方案應用的框架下，西門子擬提供胸痛/卒中中心方案、5G支持的卒中/胸痛篩查體檢車，輔以肺癌篩查、遠程掃描輔助、遠程掃描教學、遠程超聲機器手臂和其他方案。
4、在探索5G時代遠程數字解決方案應用的框架下，宜通世紀擬提供5G與物聯網醫療的網絡服務方案：包括但不限於5G與物聯網醫療影像圖像採集、圖像處理模塊，邊緣計算能力模塊、醫療專網的規劃，網絡故障及預測性維護和網絡安全。
5、在探索5G時代遠程數字解決方案應用的框架下，宜通世紀擬指定旗下子公司深圳市心怡健康信息技術有限公司在西門子和宜通世紀合作的5G影像技術產品基礎上，完成方案落地及物聯網設備管理、AI應用的開發。
由於協議為戰略合作框架協議，對公司 2019年度的財務狀況不構成重大影響，但對公司長期收益有積極推動作用。
此次戰略合作符合公司在醫療健康產業的產業佈局，此次戰略合作框架協議的簽署將進一步加強雙方的合作關係，促進雙方發揮各自優勢共同推進5G時代移動/遠程解決方案在醫療系統的落地。此次合作可以發揮公司在網絡技術方面的優勢，同時可以利用西門子在醫療渠道的資源，從而產生協同效應。通過此次戰略合作，有利於加強公司的可持續發展能力，推動公司未來業務發展。
