商务部官员:预计明年下半年生猪市场供给开始增加
国家商务部市场运行和消费促进司副司长王斌表示,在国家稳定生猪生产保障市场供应一系列政策措施作用下,近期生猪补栏积极性明显提高,生产逐步回升,如非洲猪瘟疫情不出现反覆,预计2020年下半年受非洲猪瘟影响恢复生产的生猪将开始增加市场供给,猪肉供给状况将有所改善。
王斌表示,受价格大幅上涨影响,中国猪肉消费挤出效应较为明显。10月上旬以来,猪肉市场消费需求较以前平均水平下降20%至30%。随着冬季来临,肉类消费逐渐进入旺季,特别是春节、元旦两节期间,市场需求将进一步增加,将对猪肉市场供求关系产生进一步影响。
