港股異動 | 上海實業環境漲逾6% 績後獲大行唱好
格隆匯11月7日丨上海實業環境(0807.HK)半日收漲6.34%,報1.51港元,成交額639.5萬港元,最新總市值39.3億港元。公司昨日公告稱,2019財年前9個月集團淨利4.502億元人民幣,同比增長21.7%;營業額增長14.5%至45億元。花旗研報指,公司新項目建設加快提升建設收入,上調2019至2021年淨利潤預測4至6%,將目標價調高至1.95港元。基於盈利質素高、資產負債比率下降及2020年預測市盈率5.2倍及市帳率0.4倍具吸引力,維持“買入”評級。
