市传中国太保(02601.HK)洽购瑞士再保险股权 涉20亿美元
《彭博通讯社》引述消息人士透露,中国太保(02601.HK)正在洽谈收购瑞士再保险股份,涉资至少20亿美元,旨在寻求在海外建立合作夥伴关系。
消息称,作为交易的一部分,瑞士再保险将斥资5-10亿美元购买中国太保的少数股权。消息人士指,相关谈判已进入较深入阶段,协议可能很快达成,但也不排除谈判或会推迟或不成事。
瑞士再保险昨日(6日)发表声明称,该公司寻求通过购买中国太平洋保险发行的新证券对後者进行投资。目前双方还没有达成最终协议,具体将取决於中国太保是否决定推进证券发行交易。
