海正藥業(600267.SH)：阿那曲唑片和來曲唑片通過仿製藥一致性評價
格隆匯11月6日丨海正藥業(600267.SH)公佈，近日，公司通過國家藥品監督管理局藥品審評中心(“CDE”)網站獲悉，公司的阿那曲唑片和來曲唑片均已通過仿製藥質量和療效一致性評價。
阿那曲唑片適用於絕經後婦女的晚期乳腺癌的治療；對雌激素受體陰性的病人，若其對他莫昔芬呈現陽性的臨牀反應，可考慮使用本品；適用於絕經後婦女激素受體陽性的早期乳腺癌的輔助治療；適用於曾接受2到3年他莫昔芬輔助治療的絕經後婦女激素受體陽性的早期乳腺癌的輔助治療。
該品種原研廠家為阿斯利康(AstraZeneca)，商品名瑞寧得(Arimidex)；1998年批准國內進口，持證商為AstraZeneca UK Limited。
截止公告日，中國境內同品種的生產廠商包括揚子江藥業集團有限公司、浙江萬晟藥業有限公司、重慶華邦製藥有限公司和本公司，另有杭州中美華東制藥有限公司、北京以嶺生物工程技術有限公司兩家公司進行新4類申報。據統計，阿那曲唑片2018年全球銷售額約為3.76億美元，其中中國銷售額約為0.92億美元；2019年1-6月全球銷售額約為1.90億美元，其中中國銷售額約為0.49億美元(數據來源於IMS數據庫)。公司為國內第二家通過該產品一致性評價的企業。
2019年1月3日，公司就該藥品仿製藥一致性評價向國家藥品監督管理局提出申請，並於2019年1月9日獲受理。截至目前，公司在該研發項目上已投入約648萬元人民幣。
來曲唑片適用於雌激素或孕激素受體陽性或受體狀態不明的絕經後早期和晚期乳腺癌患者、已經接受他莫昔芬輔助治療5年的早期乳腺癌患者的輔助治療。本品能有效抑制雄激素向雌激素的轉化，選擇性較高，具有較高的治療指數。
該品種原研廠家為瑞士諾華(Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG)，最早於1997年在美國批准上市，商品名Femara；2003年批准國內進口，持證商為瑞士諾華(Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG)，商品名為弗隆。
截止公告日，中國境內同品種的生產廠商包括恆瑞製藥有限公司和公司，另有北京以嶺生物工程技術、海南錦瑞製藥兩家公司進行新4類申報，培力藥品進行5類申報。據統計，來曲唑片2018年全球銷售額約為6.06億美元，其中中國銷售額約為1.49億美元；2019年1-6月全球銷售額約為3.10億美元，其中中國銷售額約為0.78億美元(數據來源於IMS數據庫)。
2019年1月3日，公司就該藥品仿製藥一致性評價向國家藥品監督管理局提出申請，並於2019年1月9日獲受理。截至目前，公司在該研發項目上已投入約990萬元人民幣。
根據國家相關政策，通過一致性評價的藥品品種在醫保支付及醫療機構採購等領域將獲得更大的支持力度，因此公司的阿那曲唑片和來曲唑片通過仿製藥一致性評價，有利於擴大該兩種藥品的市場份額，提升市場競爭力。
