百济神州(06160.HK)与SEATTLE GENETICS达成先进临床前肿瘤候选药物授权合约
Seattle Genetic (SGEN)是一家新兴的多产品、全球性生物技术公司，致力于开发和商业化针对癌症的变革性疗法，以在人们的生活中产生有意义的变化。百济神州(06160.HK)是一家处于商业阶段的生物医药公司，专注于用于癌症治疗的创新性分子靶向和免疫肿瘤药物的开发和商业化。两家公司于2019年11月5日宣布双方就一款先进的临床前肿瘤候选药物达成授权合约。该候选药物运用Seattle Genetic专利保护的抗体技术，预计将于2020年上半年进入临床试验阶段。
根据合作条款，Seattle Genetic将保留该候选药物在美洲(美国、加拿大以及拉丁美洲国家)、欧洲以及日本的权利，百济神州获得在亚洲(除日本以外)以及世界其他国家的独家开发与商业化权利。Seattle Genetic将带领在全球范围内的开发，而百济神州将负责为上述所属国家和地区范围内开展的临床试验提供资金并开展运营。百济神州还将负责在上述所属国家和地区的临床开发以及注册申报。Seattle Genetic将获得授权许可首付款，并有资格获得至多1.6亿美元的取决于进展的里程碑付款以及任何产品销售的分级特许使用费。
