港股異動 | 海螺水泥高開2.52%領漲國指 獲貝萊德增持111.05萬股
格隆匯11月6日丨海螺水泥(0914.HK)高開2.52%領漲國指,報50.95港元,暫成交1308萬港元,最新總市值2700億港元。根據港交所最新權益披露資料顯示,10月29日,海螺水泥獲Black Rock, Inc.以每股均價46.6496港元,增持111.05萬股,總價約5180.44萬港元。增持後,Black Rock, Inc.持有權益的股份數目104,527,074股,佔已發行的有投票權股份百分比8.04%。此外,中國水泥網顯示,全國各地水泥價格上週迎來新一輪上漲,華新、葛洲壩、尖峯、媧石等主要大廠普遍通知11月1日起上調水泥價格50-60元/噸,單次幅度較大。花旗曾發報告指,海螺水泥第3季業績好過預期,將盈利預測上調4%至6%,較市場預期高出約2%至6%,目標價上調至58港元,重申“買入”評級。
