航錦科技(000818.SZ)子公司擬斥2200萬元參設威科射頻 完善國內無線通訊行業產業鏈
格隆匯11月5日丨航錦科技(000818.SZ)公佈，公司的全資子公司威科電子模塊(深圳)有限公司(“威科電子”)擬以現金出資的方式認繳2200萬元，與向昊、沈榆程、黃次鵬共同投資設立深圳威科射頻技術有限公司(“威科射頻”)，主要從事高端射頻器件和無線通訊領域精密電子互連產品的研發、生產和銷售。
威科射頻註冊資本5000萬元，其中威科電子認繳出資2200萬元，佔威科射頻註冊資本的44%，未超過公司董事會授權範圍，無需提交董事會審議。
深圳威科射頻技術有限公司經營範圍：電子器件、電子元件、電子材料的研發、生產、銷售；射頻類PCB、高頻材料及生產設備的生產、銷售、技術諮詢、轉讓(法律、行政法規、國務院決定規定在登記前須經批准的項目除外)；投資領域：威科射頻擬投入研發高端射頻器件及關鍵射頻材料，產品面向的領域包括5G通訊基站、無人機、物聯網、軍事雷達、北斗系統、L4級及以上級別無人駕駛毫米波雷達，智慧城市、毫米波及太赫茲通信，主要為華為、中興、愛立信、諾基亞等無線通訊設備終端客户供應。同時威科射頻可與威科電子形成產業鏈上下游的協同效應，由威科射頻提供材料與器件的技術與產品支持，威科電子形成封裝測試最終的完整技術及產品輸出。
此次投資主要目的是破除高端射頻材料及高端射頻器件的國外壟斷，完善國內無線通訊行業產業鏈，解決產業部分研發難題。
威科射頻所涉及的領域為新材料、新一代信息技術，具體為無線通訊領域高精密度互連產品、高端射頻器件、高端射頻材料。高端射頻器件及關鍵射頻材料是以向昊為首的技術及經營團隊，將十餘年的自主研發成果轉化成具體的高端製造業產品。對外投資威科射頻，可以完善公司內部高端射頻器件的產業鏈，形成產業鏈上下游的協同效應，由威科射頻提供材料與器件的技術與產品支持，威科電子形成封裝測試最終的完整技術及產品輸出。最終提升公司集成電路業務板塊收入和盈利規模，提升公司核心競爭力。
