中國軟件(600536.SH):控股股東擬發行不超30億元可交債
格隆匯11月5日丨中國軟件(600536.SH)公佈,公司今日收到《中國電子信息產業集團有限公司關於以持有的部分中國軟件與技術服務股份有限公司股票為標的發行可交換公司債券並辦理擔保及信託登記的告知函》,控股股東中國電子擬以持有的公司部分A股股票為標的公開發行可交換公司債券。
此次可交換債券擬發行期限為3年,擬募集資金規模不超過人民幣30億元(含),可換股份數量不超過公司總股本7%。在滿足換股條件下,自此次可交換債券發行結束之日起滿12個月後的第1個交易日起,至此次可交換債券到期日止,投資者有權將其所持有的此次可交換債券交換為公司A股股票。
