HON CORP(08259.HK):預計前9月業績由盈轉虧
格隆匯11月5日丨HON CORP(08259.HK)發佈公告,根據集團截至2019年9月30日止九個月的未經審核綜合管理賬目的初步評估,集團預期報告期間將錄得公司股權持有人應占重大虧損,而上年同期則錄得公司股權持有人應占溢利。
公告表示,報告期間錄得重大虧損及收益及毛利減少主要由於:(i)兩個主要建築及基建項目的大部分建築工作於2018年完成,致令收益大幅減少;(ii)某些項目的建築進度延誤;及(iii)報告期間進行的若干項目因工作複雜程度未為預期而需要額外成本,致令毛利率下跌。
