谢瑞麟(00417.HK)经营环境恶劣 安排员工放无薪假
综合本地传媒报道,早前发盈警的谢瑞麟(00417.HK)要求员工由本月1日起至明年1月31日放无薪假。公司10月初预警,截至9月底止上半财年纯利料按年大减逾90%。
谢瑞麟回覆时承认无薪假的安排,指本港零售业面临巨大挑战,集团过去数月透过多项措施控制成本,惟行业经营环境恶劣,才提出无薪假节省人力成本。谢瑞麟强调员工放无薪假属自愿性质,主要安排在周末或长假期前後,并会跟足法例行事。
