瑞安房地产(00272.HK)附属发3亿美元绿色债券
瑞安房地产(00272.HK)公布,公司及全资附属Shui On Development就有关Shui On Development发行本金总额3亿美元5.75%於2023年到期之优先票据,与渣打银行及瑞士银行香港分行订立购买协议,并将作为绿色融资框架下的「绿色债券」发行。
票据发行之估计所得款项净额,於扣除费用、佣金及开支後,将约为2.962亿美元。集团拟将所得款项净额用於为集团根据其绿色融资框架进行的合资格项目提供全部或部分融资或再融资。
