英飛拓(002528.SZ)與武漢大學簽署戰略合作協議 共同組建智慧城市時空信息技術研究中心
格隆匯11月4日丨英飛拓(002528.SZ)公佈，公司與武漢大學於2019年11月4日簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
合作目標：充分發揮武漢大學在技術資源、人才資源和平台資源上的優勢，英飛拓在項目資源、資本資源和市場資源上的優勢，以發展和利益為紐帶，開展智慧城市、智慧園區、智慧安防，以及人工智能、區塊鏈、時空大數據等領域的研究，共同推進人工智能、區塊鏈、時空信息等技術的產業化。
合作主要內容如下：(1)、雙方依託武漢大學的測繪遙感信息工程國家重點實驗室(“遙感實驗室”)共同組建“英飛拓-武漢大學智慧城市時空信息技術研究中心”。
(2)、合作技術領域：前期研究中心擬開展以下三個方面的技術研究與產業化工作：智慧安防監控視頻大數據智能分析技術，智慧城市/智慧園區時空信息、基於區塊鏈的位置證明和位置服務技術，智慧城市/智慧園區視頻與GIS集成的大數據挖掘、基於區塊鏈的空間數據共享和智能分析技術。雙方後續根據實際需要開展其他領域的合作。
(3)、人才培養方面：雙方共同培養複合型技術人才，英飛拓派遣相關技術人員到遙感實驗室進行相關技術培訓與交流，武漢大學派遣相關碩士博士到英飛拓做技術交流與合作開發。
公告顯示，武漢大學的測繪與遙感學科，經過60多年的努力，尤其是最近30年的快速發展，已享譽海內外，被國際公認為在該領域具有強大教育、科研、工程開發和人才培養的基地。
測繪遙感信息工程國家重點實驗室(武漢大學)於1989年成立，是我國測繪學科第一個國家級重點實驗室。2004年，在國家科技部等部委召開的國家重點實驗室建設20週年總結表彰大會上，實驗室被授予先進集體稱號，獲“金牛獎”；在國家科技部組織的每五年一次評估中，2000年、2005年、2010年、2015年連續四次被評為“優秀”國家重點實驗室。實驗室注重科技成果轉化，在智慧安防智能視頻分析,智慧城市/智慧園區GIS大數據挖掘, 智慧城市/智慧園區基於區塊鏈的位置證明和時空數據共享技術等領域有多年的沉澱和積累，核心技術成果孵化了武大吉奧信息技術有限公司、立得空間信息技術有限公司、武大卓越科技有限公司等高科技企業，建立了有效的“產學研用”機制，形成了基礎研究、技術創新、成果轉化相互促進的完整科技創新體系。
實驗室成果有力支撐了武漢大學遙感學科排名全球第一(據2017年上海軟科ARWU和世界大學排名中心CWUR大學學科排名)，以及武漢大學地球科學、社會學、計算機科學等10個學科排名進入基本科學指標數據庫(ESI)全球前1%。
