信星集團(01170.HK)料首6月業績盈轉虧 淨虧損不少於3500萬港元
格隆匯11月4日丨信星集團(01170.HK)公佈,集團預期就截至2019年9月30日止六個月錄得公司權益持有人應占虧損不多於約3500萬港元,而2018年同期則錄得公司權益持有人應占溢利。
集團預期將錄得中期虧損。其主要原因為:集團製造及銷售鞋履產品的核心業務營業額進一步減少,從而降低了規模經濟的成本效益;由於應客户要求於製造中心之間轉移生產線而產生及與的相關的額外成本造成成本增加;重估投資物業之公平值虧損;及位於越南中部營運的集團聯屬公司產生的虧損增加,導致應占聯營公司虧損增加。儘管訂單增加,工廠尚未實現規模經濟以產生溢利。
目前,集團之財務狀況仍然穩健,持有充足現金滿足目前的業務所需。集團將繼續視提升其利潤率為首要目標,繼續致力於提高生產效率,進一步將其產能自中國重新調配至東南亞,及管理其產品組合。
