寶通科技(300031.SZ)與東華重工簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯11月4日丨寶通科技(300031.SZ)公佈，公司與兗礦東華重工有限公司(“東華重工”)於2019年11月2日簽署了《戰略合作協議》。雙方將在股權、產品、技術、市場等多個方向積極開展戰略合作，尤其在綠色礦山開採、工業散貨智能輸送等方面探索商業化應用方案，共同推動全球領先的現代工業散貨物料綠色智能輸送服務商業應用。
為貫徹落實黨的十九大報告中提出的關於“深化國有企業改革，發展混合所有制經濟，培育具有全球競爭力的世界一流企業”的總體要求，寶通科技與東華重工有意在特種輸送帶研究開發、生產製造，輸送系統總包服務，工業散貨物料智能輸送技術等多個方向積極開展戰略合作。
東華重工作為世界500強兗礦集團的全資子公司，在礦用設備、機電設備、帶式輸送機、工程機械，工程技術服務等領域地位突出；寶通科技作為國內工業散貨物料輸送服務的系統提供商，在鋼鐵冶煉、礦產開採等下游行業積累了豐富的經營能力和品牌優勢。雙方將利用各自的優勢，形成資源互補，完善各自產業佈局，共同完成研發、產品、市場、運營等合作，提升公司可持續發展的能力。
此次戰略合作的主要內容：1、確立兗礦集團、東華重工與寶通科技形成全面戰略合作伙伴關係。同時，兗礦集團或東華重工與寶通科技積極開展股權上的進一步合作。2、寶通科技積極參與東華重工相關資產混合制改造，引入更加靈活的企業管理制度，發揮寶通科技創新能力，釋放國有資產經營活力，形成優勢互補、強強聯合，打造國有企業混合改革示範項目。3、雙方在研發、產品、市場、運營等方面全面開展合作。雙方利用各自的優勢，形成互補，在更廣市場(國內及澳大利亞)、更多領域(高端製造/信息化建設/先進工業服務)開展圍繞綠色礦山開採、工業散貨智能輸送方面的全方位合作，探索新技術方案、新商業模式落地應用。
寶通科技通過此次戰略合作，促進了雙方的深度融合，發揮國有資本在資源、政策、融資等方面優勢，也有利於兗礦集團佈局現代工業服務業、現代物聯網技術、工業大數據技術，共同實現資本化，是先進製造業領域民營企業與國有企業混合所有制改革的典範，將實現國有資本與民營資本強強聯合與創新突破，既符合黨中央、國務院混合所有制改革的指導精神，又符合國家做強做優國有資本的要求。
作為世界500強兗礦集團的子公司，東華重工在礦用設備、機電設備、帶式輸送機、工程機械，工程技術服務等領域領先地位突出。若戰略合作順利進行，東華重工將與寶通科技進行全球戰略和業務合作，加速寶通科技工業散貨智能輸送業務在下游行業內的應用，加速寶通科技創新型輸送帶產品在全球煤炭行業內的應用，將對寶通科技可持續發展產生積極的影響。
