《大行报告》高盛:海港城及时代广场第三季销售分别跌35%/30%
高盛发表报告指,九龙仓置业(01997.HK)在上周五(11月1日)收市後披露季度营运数据,旗下海港城及时代广场第三季租户销售分别按年跌35%/30%,跌幅较上半年0.6%/3.6%明显恶化,比香港整体零售销售跌17.5%更差。
不过,基於九龙仓置业坐拥规模庞大兼优质的香港零售资产,相信现价已经计算零售销售短期下跌两成的预期,而股息回报有4.3厘,故重申该股「买入」评级,目标价54元,较2020年资产净值预测仍有30%折让。
